Project Lead Designer

Position Overview: Lead the creation of unique designs for private residential, ultra-luxury, modern projects. Manage project development, client meetings, and guide our internal design team to realize exceptional visions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client meetings and manage project development
  • Create and edit floor plans, exterior and interior designs
  • Style interiors and select materials with unique applications
  • Develop visual aids and renders that communicate design intent
  • Produce comprehensive working drawings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or Interior Design
  • Proven track record of strong design and creativity
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar builds and designs
  • Proficiency in design software (ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 plus project bonuses

Purchasing and Finance Coordinator

Position Overview: Shape and optimize workflows in this newly created role. Lead supplier coordination, financial management, and quoting processes for luxury residential builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase luxury construction materials and furniture
  • Establish vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing
  • Maintain financial records and handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Prepare client quotes and align with project budgets
  • Track outstanding quotes to maximize conversion rates

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in purchasing and financial coordination
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Experience managing costs for businesses in the $3-8 million range
  • Ability to build processes from the ground up
Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 plus project bonuses
