Our client approached us to create a multi-use space that would accommodate every occasion - from relaxing nights in with the family to hosting friends.

Inspired by the craftsmanship and comfort of classic historical architecture, we brought in brick salvaged from a local St Thomas building to create an old-world vibe in this basement renovation. It needed to accommodate room for lounging, a bar and powder room, with design that would last through the years.

Our approach: we created an inviting space reminiscent of your favourite craft brewery, with all the comforts to make you stay awhile paired with unexpected touches to impress the guests. Kid-friendly and adult-proof, this full basement renovation was built to enjoy a good Friday night in.
